Good Funk Shui takes its name from a simple hope, to improve the feng shui of every space they play with the power of their funky music. Founded in 2020 by drummer and composer Nate Wong, the band is proudly rooted in Hong Kong and captures the city’s energy and diversity through music. Blending influences from jazz, funk, country, rock and R&B, each song reflects the stories, rhythms, and identities that shape life.

 The group brings together some of HK’s finest musicians, all acclaimed professionals in their own right, combining virtuoso musicianship with thoughtful songwriting, and showmanship inspired by Nate’s broad creative experience in show design and music directing. Every show is crafted with care, bringing music, story, and visuals together to create their signature entertaining live shows.
